I started travelling when I was about one and a half months old. I have been to a lot of places since then. This weekend, in fact, we are on our way to Memphis, Tennessee to visit Elvis. This will be the third long-drive my parents and I will have taken since we arrived here in the United States. I think it's time that I try to "immortalize" my adventures through a photoblog, lest I forget them growing up (if at all I remember them, that is).
Here are some of my first adventures.
Fontana Resort, Clark Field, Pampanga, Philippines
Baby's First Day Out
Together with my Papa, Mama, some of my Godparents and my kinakapatids, we took a weekend vacation at the Fontana Resort in Clark Field, Pampanga. Here are some of our pictures. It might look like I didn't enjoy myself, I think I did. :D
A sleeping tourist. Well, I'm just almost 2 months old. What's a baby to do?

My mama and me. Little me, still asleep.

Though you cant see it, that is me thinking: This is really the only way I can get my picture taken by the wavy pool. Someday, I am going to jump right in! Yipee!!!
Northwest Flight to the US
First Airplane Ride
March 2 2004. We left the Philippines to live in the US for a while. Here are some my pictures of our airplane ride. I even earned a First Flight Certificate! You can also read our experience about moving to Kentucky in my mama's blog, Confessions of a Domesticated Party Girl.

Fasten your seatbelt mama!

Konnichiwa! It's a stopover and I'm just trying out a stroller here at the Nagoya airport. Made in Japan!

That was a tiring flight! Almost 18 hours! Wake me up when we get to Kentucky, oh, we're there already? Good. ZzzzZZzzz!
Jacobson Park, KY
Spring has Finally Sprung!
After being cooped up in our apartment for the tail part of winter, it was a welcome break to be finally walking on green grass. You can obviously tell how happy I was to be with my mama ang papa at Jacobson Park. Jacobson is one the public parks here in Lexington, and is actually very nice. We come back here from time to time, sometimes to have bbq with papa's friends' families.

Friend bear and me. Just soaking up the sun and fresh air in the comfort of our stroller.

All I can say is wheeepieee!!!

But I am definitely much happier sitting on my papa's shoulder.
These might be what you might call my "preparatory adventures". Fate has it, I was to embark on even bigger adventures. Most probably, it's because I was born with little feet always in transit. Problem is... my mama and papa also have the same kind of feet. Only bigger. Hehehe
To be continued.... in Washington DC.
